Care for Carers |
Would you like to make a difference to the life of a Carer ?
A Carer is someone who looks after a family member or friend and are unpaid.
Care for Carers provides support services to carers in North East Edinburgh and Citywide. |
We are looking for men and women over 18 years to help us run our groups and activities, provide and update information to GP’s surgeries and be a pair of helping hands at our Open Days.
We provide Induction and Training on such thing as :
· Communication and Listening Skills · Boundaries and Confidentiality · Carer’s Issues · Age Related Conditions such as Dementia · Paths for All Leadership Training
We are a small voluntary organisation and would welcome your interest and involvement to help us provide much needed support to our carers. |
