We know from our own experience how hard it can be to care for a person living at home. Our services therefore provide opportunities to share experiences with other carers, get practical information and find out you are not alone.
Why not join our relaxed and informal activities where you will find friendship, support, information and encouragement?

The 2024 edition of our Stepping Out programme has been released alongside our Carers Newsletter for January. The new programme covers the period February 2024–January 2025 and features some of the most remote breaks we’ve ever organised, including numerous island breaks — Skye, Rum, Coll, Arran and Lismore — each with a different focus, several theatre breaks, and lots of exploration, relaxation and socialising. We conclude the year with a trip to the Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry and a festive Pantomime break to Glasgow.
